Developing Reading Habits in Little Ones

The moment a child opens his/her eyes we want them to be good readers. As parents we always want them to be the best. And our definition of best starts with READING. For inculcating some good reading habits we should acknowledge certain facts like we can never force them to read something which they don’t like. For example if a child is interested in reading ghost stories probably one should never force him or her to read science fictions. Secondly, it would be great if you could put books at places where they can lay their hands on. All children are curious by nature. When they find something colorful lying around and within their reach they would definitely like to open it . And once opened there’s no looking back.
